Summary: Territorialization is a fundamental process in the organization of health actions, allowing the provision of services in a timely manner and in accordance with the principles of the Unified Health System (SUS). In the context of Primary Health Care (PHC), work management is essential to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the care provided to SUS users. This study aims to determine the workforce required for 100% coverage of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) and Oral Health Teams (eSB) in the PHC of the city of Vitória, considering the socioeconomic vulnerabilities of the territories covered by the Basic Health Units (UBS). A methodology that considers the vulnerabilities of the territory was used. The study will contribute to a comprehensive analysis of the health workforce in the PHC of Vitória, promoting equitable access to health services and strengthening PHC in the capital. Based on this, the work presents, as a result, the Health Workforce Sizing (DFTS), in the PHC, in Vitória/ES, distributed in the Family Health Teams (eSF) and Oral Health Teams (eSB) estimated by the methodology applied in the study, considering the importance of territorialization as a strategic tool in the DFTS process.
