Professional profile: The Master's Degree in Geography offered by PPGG is academic and aims to expand and improve the didactic, scientific, cultural and professional competence of graduates, within a specific area of knowledge of Geography housed in the program's research lines, aiming at the exercise of teaching and research, specialized technical-professional training and the scientific and technological development of Geography.

Target audience: Holders of diplomas or a certificate of degree conferral may apply for the PPGG Master's selection process. Candidates who are in the last semester of their undergraduate course may also apply for the selection process, on a conditional basis. If approved, they may only enroll as regular students if they prove, at the time of enrollment, that they have obtained their degree, by presenting the diploma or certificate of degree conferral.
